Microsoft Modern Workplace Consultant
We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Microsoft Modern Workplace Consultant to join our dynamic consulting team. In this role, you’ll help organizations unlock the full potential of Microsoft 365 by designing and implementing modern workplace solutions that enhance productivity, collaboration, and security.

You’ll work closely with clients to assess business needs, lead the deployment of Microsoft 365 workloads, and drive user adoption of tools like Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft Intune. Your ability to align technical capabilities with business outcomes will be key to delivering successful digital workplace transformations.

What You’ll Do

Engage with clients to assess business requirements and develop tailored Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions.

Design, deploy, and support Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.

Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint security, device compliance, and mobile device/application management (MDM/MAM).

Plan and execute identity and access management solutions including Conditional Access, MFA, and hybrid identity with Entra Connect.

Deliver migration services (e.g., on-prem to cloud, tenant-to-tenant) and guide clients through best practices.

Conduct user adoption sessions, change management workshops, and governance planning engagements.

Provide technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.

Stay current on Microsoft 365 roadmap developments and proactively share insights with clients and peers.
Who You are

Technically Proficient: You have 4+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, including Intune, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.

Consultative: You understand how to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business objectives, and you're comfortable facilitating workshops and leading engagements.

Certified (Preferred): You hold or are working toward certifications such as MS-700 (Teams), MS-102 (M365 Administrator), MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator), or SC-series (Security, Compliance).

Security-Minded: You have a working knowledge of Microsoft security and compliance tools, including Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, and DLP.

Collaborative & Agile: You’re adaptable, communicate effectively, and work well in both team and client-facing settings.
