Microsoft 365 Consultant (mid-level)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our growing team. As a mid-level consultant, you’ll work directly with clients to assess needs, configure solutions, and support adoption of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).

Your role will involve a blend of technical delivery, client engagement, and solution optimization—helping organizations modernize their workplace with Microsoft’s productivity and collaboration tools. You will also contribute to project execution, documentation, and user enablement initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Work with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into Microsoft 365 solutions.

Configure, migrate, and support services across the M365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID).

Assist in deploying and managing Microsoft Intune and related endpoint management policies.

Participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, and adoption planning to ensure successful rollout and usage.

Collaborate with senior consultants and architects on solution design and implementation planning.

Support tenant-to-tenant migrations and hybrid identity configurations as needed.

Help troubleshoot M365-related issues and provide Level 2–3 technical support for escalations.

Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and end-user training materials.

Stay current on Microsoft 365 roadmap updates and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Who You are

Experienced: You have 3–5 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies in consulting or internal IT environments.

Proficient: You understand the core services of M365 and have hands-on experience configuring and supporting Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Entra ID.

Communicative: You can clearly explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and build trust with clients.

Organized: You manage your tasks effectively and contribute to projects with attention to detail and deadlines.

Problem-Solver: You enjoy tackling complex issues, finding root causes, and applying practical solutions.

Continuously Learning: You’re actively pursuing certifications (e.g., MS-700, MS-203, MD-102, or MS-102) and stay updated with Microsoft’s evolving platforms.
