What You’ll Do

Design and Architect AI Solutions: Lead the technical design and architecture of AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Azure AI services.

Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, and present compelling demos and proposals.

Development & Customization: Build, customize, and optimize AI-powered applications, workflows, and dashboards tailored to client requirements.

Integration: Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems, data sources, and third-party tools.

Best Practices & Standards: Establish and promote best practices for AI development, security, and compliance.

Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest Microsoft AI, Copilot, and Power Platform innovations, and recommend new features or approaches.

Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and clients on AI and Power Platform capabilities.

Documentation & Training: Develop technical documentation and deliver training sessions for clients and internal teams.

Who You are

Technical Expertise: Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Microsoft Copilot integrations.

AI & Cloud Knowledge: Strong understanding of Azure AI services, machine learning, natural language processing, and cloud architecture.

Problem Solver: Adept at analyzing complex business problems and developing innovative, scalable solutions.

Communication Skills: Excellent at communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and conducting engaging presentations.

Certification & Education: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer Associate, or similar are preferred.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in solution architecture, AI development, or related roles within enterprise environments.

Proactive Learner: Enthusiastic about continuous learning and exploring emerging AI and cloud technologies.
